I am Mr. Pascal MBENG of Liberia and the legal adviser
to Charles Taylor's family. I know that this message will be a
surprised one to you but its all about seeking for your kind assistance to
securing a total sum of Eighteen Million Five hundred Thousand
(US$18,500,000.00) United States Dollars that has been safely despatched in a
diplomatic bullion box of 95kg, from our reserved bank, Central Bank of
Liberia located in the city of Monrovia.
This arrangement was executed by the wife of president
Charles TAYLOR of Liberia in her good office, as the governor,
Central Bank of Liberia under a top confidential level. I was fronted as the
family attorney to arrange and negotiate with a foreign associate in
securing these funds.
Presently, the consignment (bullion box) is lodged in
the courier security company in Accra-Ghana awaiting instructions for
delivery to an appointed associate overseas. This transaction is
really covered up with legitimate documentations to justify the flow of the
fund. Though, the contents were not disclosed to the entire authorities
at the port of entry due to its diplomatic immunities.
However, you are only required to travel to the
location in Accra-Ghana in a total role to representing our foreign associate to
take possession of the bullion box. This arrangement will be backed up
with some valuable documents e.g, Letter of Authority, Bank Allocation
paper, Certificate of deposit and investment agreement.
Finally, you will also require opening an account with
any of the banks in Accra-Ghana for the total lodgement of the funds
and consequence transfer to your designated account for our investments. Please
express your interest in this proposal, as your urgent response is
highly needed. Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
Barrister Pascal MBENG.
Legal practitioner, Liberia.
