>From the Desk of the Bill and Exchange Manager,
Mr. Jirja N.G. Usman =0D
=
Banque Internationale pour Commerce et L'Industrie (BICICI)
Abidjan Cot=
e d 'lvoire.

Subject: Transfer of U.S$16.152Million

I am the Mana=
ger of Bill and Exchange at the Foreign Operations Department of Banque I=
nternationale pour Commerce et L'Industrie (BICICI) I am writing followin=
g the impressive information I got on the internet about the investment p=
rospects in your country, I got your contact from the Operator of the Int=
ernet services in the National Agency for commerce, Tourism and Industrie=
s hence my decision to seek for your unalloyed co-operation in transfer o=
f these funds to a foreign account. In my department we discovered an aban=
doned sum of $16.152Million US dollars (Sixteen Million, One Hundred and =
Fifty Two Thousand U.S Dollars). In an account that belongs to one of our=
foreign customers who died along with his entire family in a concord pla=
ne crash in Paris that almost took the whole life of the passengers on bo=
ard. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his=
next of kin to come over and claim his money because we cannot release u=
nless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased =
as indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunately we discovered t=
hat his family died alongside with him at the plane crash leaving nobody =
behind for the claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I and my c=
olleague in my department now decided to make this business proposal to y=
ou and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the dec=
eased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for i=
t and we do not want this money to go into the Bank treasury as unclaimed=
Bill. The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money re=
mained unclamed after three years, the money will be transfered into the =
Bank treasury account as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next=
of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was =
a foreigner and I, an Ivoirian cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner=
. We agree that 30 % of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in=
respect to the provision of a foreign account, 5 % will be set aside for=
expense incured during the business and 65 % would be for me and my coll=
eagues. Thereafter, I and my colleagues will visit your country for disbu=
rsement according to the percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the i=
mmediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first t=
o the bank as relations or next of kin of the deceased indicating your ba=
nk name, your bank account number, your private telephone and fax numbers=
for easy and effective communication and location where-in the money wil=
l be remitted through an attorney. Upon receipt of your reply, I will sen=
d to you the documents of proof of the existence of these funds for your =
kind perusal. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transacti=
on is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as al=
l required arrangements have been made for the transfer . You should cont=
act me immediately as soon as you receive this letter.

Trusting to he=
ar from you immediately.

Mr. Jirja N.G Usman. =0A=0AAcc=
