EMAIL- edev88@mail.pt

Dear Sir ,
I am honorable David Edevbie, former commissioner finance Ministry Delta state and i am now of the directorate finance Niger Delta Development commission (NDDC). I choose to contact you on this auspicious time regarding the pending issue at hand that concerns the estate and funds of a deceased contractor late Mack Keaton, who executed a
contract worth Us$20million with Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) on the supply of drilling machinery and maintenance of Delta liquefied natural gas project on June
6,2001.After due confirmation and directive from the office of presidency to release all outstanding payment to foreign contractors, attempt was made tocontact the contractor who was later confirm to have died in the ill-fated plane crash On May 4, 2002 along with his wife and their two children
together with other persons who boarded the ill-fated Executive Airlines Services (EAS Airlines) which took off from Aminu Kano International Airport and crash at Gwamaja on the outskirts of Kano City killing all passengers on board.
